BRAND MANAGER:-
Responsibility:-
• Jointly responsible for developing marketing initiatives and ensuring the brand is appropriately represented and portrayed in the MENA market.
• Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign Execute strategies with cross-functional teams
• Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research
• Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products
• Responsible for planning and maximizing the sales and profit contribution of the brand. ports, specifications and creative briefs
• Builds annual business plan to reflect brand positioning. Negotiates key aspects of the planned delivery with the Brand principles. Leads and directs business discussion processes at the appropriate level, within general approval of senior management.

• Preparing Quotation and Assisting sales team to identify the products suitable for the Application
• Preparing and submitting various reports to the management as per the schedule determined by Management
• Preparing technical submittals, preparing MIS reports
• follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
• Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
• Support sales and marketing teams in achieving hundred percent outcomes.
• Receive and process orders on behalf of customers in an efficient and accurate manner, as well as providing order status updates
• Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

ACCOUNTANT:-
Responsibilities:
• The Program Accountant will be part of the Dubai-based Billing team, responsible for preparing and processing invoices.
• Regular responsibilities include
• Preparing detailed invoice packages with appropriate documentation and backup, as per standing policies and procedures
• Preparing and reconciling labor postings for T&M billing
• Preparing correcting Journal Entries for billing
• Classifying billable vs. non billable costs, based on program standards
• Validating accuracy of system transactions
• Detailed unbilled analysis
• AR aging analysis
• Keeping accurate and complete records and tracking invoice status
• Following up with field and US based teams on invoice and cost status
• Timely rework of invoice rejections
• Review and tracking of contract funding
• Response to audit requests, as necessary
• Other program accounting and billing work, as directed.
Qualifications:-
